tdy went to np for race clinic..we did navigation, pacin, abseilin, juma-prusik..fun n tirin..glad dat mi n clara are a team..way to go c²..hope dis race wil be smooth n great..n den we cn becum team mates in future for pairs..=) had so much fun tdy..yeahness..clara, mi n taufu gona gt de same tights..n all in diff sizes of S, M, L..haha..

we went to gt tested on our harness n helmet, haha..forget to take out mi hair clip, n de guy din even realise or wat..until i took off de helmet, which is whn we finish all stations..n den i realise..so cock lah..n best, we wear harness n helmet to do map readin n pacin..kuku or wat..haha..de freakin guy din even teach properli lah..u are suppose to treat everybodi as 'duno' hw to race..haha..so teach mi fm scratch..after awhile, we two gt de hang of it..for 10m, i take 14 steps..clara took 17 steps..rmbr gals..

den we did abseilin..omg, climbin up de stairs was lik SCARY..din dare to look down..haha..clara was mi rope manager, n den ltr we swop..she take own swet tym onli..haha..shud hang her up in de air halfway man..haha..den we did juma-prusik..cool or wat, bt damn tirin cn!! ok, so after everythin..clara is gd at juma-prusik, im gd at abseil..cheers..we noe wat to do liao, n dere wun be quarrel or fights..=) we both try hard at navigation ok..swim or wat, i cn do..run clara wil do..bike i wil do..haha..watever lor, as if we noe wat wil cum out..
