went for trainin on tue..shits..runs n sets..cn die..summur climb 10 storey n 7 storey buildin..OMG..reali crazy..went for diner wif matthew n hero..oh, crap ard in club room before n after trainin..n i swam before n after trainin..hardworkin leh..haha..
