ok..well done charlene..nw u've gotten urself real injured..wtf, gt stnd chartered run in dec lor..beta rest dis 1 month..ok, so heres wat de doc says: backbone suspect nt straight, due to pressure n stuff fm leg, dats y presin onto de hips n bone..both hamstrings has gt smal litle tears, bt at different areas..FCUK..if i run summur, de tear gts bigger, BANG..tue nida go xray, nida go back see him..im doomed..nt sure if camp diamond stil cn go, nt sure if sat recee stil cn go (i wan to go)..i so so wan to do so so mani things..right nw, i cn walk normali, jus dat mi steeps cant be big, i cant climb up n down de stairs if nt will pain..as for mi back, hai, dun nid to say, sit or stand or walk or lie down or bend or squat, its fuckin pain..3 mur days man, i lub u..
